There it is! Why don’t all races operate this way?

Event Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer an Event Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the event for any reason, we will refund your entry fee.

As this is new and innovative, I’d like any requests made under this guarantee to be within reason. I can’t guarantee a refund if you had a flat tire. I can guarantee a refund if you are not satisfied with the race, the course, the event (packet pick-up, registration, transition area, awards, finisher’s medals, on-course support or post race food). I’m willing to listen to any concern that you may have. The ultimate goal is to have you completely satisfied with the event. I’ll make every effort to ensure this!
